From Organisation to Collection

Organisation Joins
The company, union, religious organisation or institution applies and is verified by Onnflo.
Administrators Set Up the Programme
HR, union or organisation administrators configure branches, eligible members and delivery points.
Workers or Members Activate
Eligible people use their corporate email or approved identity, Organisation Access Code and worker-specific Corporate PIN.
Members Shop Before Cutoff
Corporate Members shop during the weekly ordering cycle and submit qualifying orders of GHS 200 or more at least five days before delivery.
Onnflo Delivers to One Central Point
Orders are individually packed, consolidated and delivered through Standard Corporate Delivery to the approved collection point.
Members Collect Securely
The worker presents a QR code, every basket is scanned and the member confirms collection.
What Is Corporate Delivery?
Corporate Delivery is Onnflo's pooled Standard Delivery service for verified organisations. Eligible member orders are packed individually, consolidated and delivered together to one approved workplace, union or organisation collection point.
Important: Not Home Delivery
Corporate Delivery goes to one approved central location — not to individual home addresses. Members collect their individually labelled baskets at the confirmed collection point using a QR code.
